The yoga classes are guided by Laura who is passionate about health and wellness and the benefits that yoga can have on your mental, physical and emotional well-being.
Laura is an accredited pharmacist and an advocate for a multi-disciplinary approach to health care. She provides PBS subsidised Home Medication Reviews to assist with improving health outcomes and achieving the best possible use of medicines for all.
